Shipping Policy for Sano Gardens
At Sano Gardens, we value the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is made to order through our trusted partner, ensuring you receive a high-quality, custom-made product. As such, we kindly ask for your patience as we create and ship your order.
Order Processing Times
Since all our products are made to order, it takes time to craft each piece to perfection. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Please note that shipping times are in addition to the order processing time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that delivery times may vary, and additional customs fees or duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we strive to meet our stated production and shipping times, unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain issues, weather delays, or high order volumes may impact timelines. We will notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Changes or Cancellations
Since all items are made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee adjustments or cancellations.
